We are pleased to inform you that the 1st IITG Advance-Heritage online course examination scheduled below :

Schedule for Examination:-

Mock Exam – 22nd and 23rd  November,2024 from 9 AM to 6 PM

Login with your login credentials (Login ID & Password shared by Wheebox)

Click on the Start Test button to start the test

Start attempting the questions. Once you have answered all the questions, click on the “End Test” button to submit your test

Main Exam

• Total Questions: 120 (MCQ type) of one mark each
• Section 1: 105 aptitude-based questions (questions from Module-1 to Module-4.)
• Section 2: 15 questions focusing on state-specific, as opted by you. (Module-5 state specific, opted by you)
• Test Duration: 90 minutes.
• Marking Scheme:
• Each correct question carries one mark.
• Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Please read the following instructions thoroughly before you start the examination-

1) Students should login 30 minutes before the commencement of the test and the test will begin at the scheduled time, Please note that the candidate will be allowed to take the exam as per the Test allocated.

2) Candidates are required to have only Laptop/desktop with an embedded Camera / separate Web Cam unit for appearing for the examination. Please note that this is mandatory.  Note that in case you do not have a Web Camera, you will not be able to take the examination.

3) Please note that Laptops / Desktops with Windows OS- Windows 7 and above are preferred. Preferred internet speed is 1mbps.

4) Make sure that pop-up blocker is disabled on your browser. Any notifications related to antivirus, windows update, email notifications. they will be counted as navigation. A report will be submitted by the Proctor towards UFM Cases.

5) Please make sure that your Laptop/Desktop is fully charged before appearing for the examination as a measure against unexpected power outages.

6) Students are recommended to complete their exams with proper internet access. They are advised to ensure all the answers are submitted properly.

7)  Please ensure that you are seated alone in a room for taking the examinations. Also ensure that you are seated in a well illuminated area for taking the examination. The students are advised not to answer any incoming calls.

8) Question will be delivered to the individuals through their online examination portal. They can verify it using their respective Logins. The status should be informed by the students through coordinators before the examination day.

9) Students are not allowed to enter the online examination after 10.30 AM on 24^th November 2024.

10) In case if you are facing any technical issues during the examination, please reach out to below Wheebox Support team.

11) Please carefully follow the proctor's instructions during the room scan and adhere to real-time guidance. The proctor is available to assist you throughout the exam.

We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for downloading the OCC certificate and registering for the 1st IITG - Online Advance-Heritage Programme Examination has been extended. The new cutoff for certificate download and registration is 18th November 2024 at 11:00 PM.

Important Notes:

• Candidates who have already registered and downloaded their OCC certificate do not need to register or download the certificate again.
• This examination will be conducted in both Hindi and English languages.

Dear Participants,

Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Facilitator (IITF) Certification Program.

Following instructions from the Ministry of Tourism, we have completed the document verification process for the 6th online examination registration. We have published the status of the "Document Verification" on the IITFC web portal and found some discrepancies in certain candidates’ registration details.

Instructions to Check and Update Your Verification Status:

If your verification status is marked as "Invalid," please follow the steps below to update the required details.

1. Log in to the IITFC web portal with your credentials.
2. Access the "Document Verification Status" link located in the navigation block titled "IITFC Basic Programme End Examination" on the right-hand side of your dashboard.
3. You will be redirected to the verification status page where your Document Verification status is displayed in table format. There are two possible statuses:
   • OK: No action is required. Your details are verified and will be used for further "Police Verification."
   • Invalid: Please update your details. The specific fields requiring updates are mentioned in the Remarks column. Click on the "Update" button to correct the listed fields only.

Example of Updates Required:

• If "Mother’s Name Correction" is listed in the Remarks: Correct your mother’s name as per the document you uploaded.
• If "Document Not Clear" is mentioned: Upload a clear, self-attested copy of the specified document(s), such as ID, address proof, age, or educational proof.
• Mother Name is not mentioned in the documents: Upload a valid document where your mother's name is mentioned.

Examples for Clarification:

• If your registered "Mother’s Name" is Prem Gupta but your document states Prem Lata Gupta, please update the form field to match Prem Lata Gupta.
• If your uploaded documents are not clear, such as ID or address proof, re-upload legible copies as specified.

Deadline for Updates: The update window will close on 30th Nov 2024 at midnight. Please ensure all necessary updates are made by this date; otherwise, your initially provided details will be used for further processing.

Important Notes:

• The updated details will be used in the upcoming "Police Verification" process, so please ensure accuracy before submitting, as updates cannot be made after submission.
• This notice applies only to candidates who have passed the 6th IITFC main online examination.
