• Age proof: copy of 10th Class Board Certificate/ Passport issued by the authority आयु प्रमाण: प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी 10 वीं कक्षा बोर्ड प्रमाण पत्र / पासपोर्ट की प्रति
• Address proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Ration Card, Voter ID Card or Certificate of Residence proof by the competent authority पता प्रमाण: आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, राशन कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र या सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा निवास प्रमाण का प्रमाण पत्र
• Education Qualification proof: 10+2 or equivalent Certificate / 10 or equivalent for the candidate with 40+ years (issued by any recognised Board by Government of India/State Government) शिक्षा योग्यता प्रमाण: 10 + 2 या समकक्ष प्रमाणपत्र / 10 या 40+ वर्ष के साथ उम्मीदवार के लिए समकक्ष (भारत सरकार / राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड द्वारा जारी)
• Caste certificate proof: In case of SC/ST candidate issued by the competent authority जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रमाण: सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए एससी / एसटी उम्मीदवार के मामले में
• Copy of existing RLGTP License (for enrolment into Refresher Course) मौजूदा RLGTP लाइसेंस की कॉपी (रिफ्रेशर कोर्स में नामांकन के लिए)
• Fee exemption is applicable to SC/CT candidates, candidates from Aspirational Districts and from J&K and Leh only. शुल्क छूट एससी / सीटी उम्मीदवारों, एस्पिरेशनल जिलों के उम्मीदवारों और जम्मू-कश्मीर और लेह से ही लागू है।
