    Incredible India Tourist Facilitator (IITF) Certification Programme is a digital initiative of Ministry of Tourism (MoT), Govt. of India for the citizens of India to become a part of the booming Tourism Industry. It is an online programme where one can learn about tourism at their own time, space, path and pace. The successful completion of this programme would enable the learner to become a Certified Tourist Facilitator of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

    Dear Participants, Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Facilitator (IITF) Certification Program. As per the instructions of the 'Ministry Of Tourism', the document verification process was conducted to verify the details filled in by candidates during the IITFC online exam registration(Batch-1 to Batch-7). We have published the status of the 'Document Verification' process on the IITFC web portal, and found some discrepancies in the details filled in by some candidates in the online exam registration form. Kindly follow the below instruction to check the status of 'Document Verification' and update the details(only if the status is showing as 'Invalid'): A) Log in on the IITFC web portal using your login credentials. B) Click on the link 'Document Verification status' located under the right-hand side navigation block named 'IITFC BASIC PROGRAMME END EXAMINATION'. C) After clicking on the link 'Document Verification status' you will be redirected to the verification status page. On the page, you can check the status of the 'Document Verification' process in the table format. The 'Document verification status' has two values as mentioned below: 1) OK: In this case, no need to update any details, and the details shared by candidates during the online exam registration process will be used for further 'Police verification' procedure. 2) Invalid: We found some discrepancies in the details/documents filled/uploaded by the candidate during the online exam registration which needs to be corrected by the candidates. The candidate can find the information regarding the fields that need to be updated by the candidate in the 'Remarks' column in the table and can update the details by clicking on the 'Update' button. On the update details form, the details will come as auto-fill and the candidate needs to update the field details mentioned in the 'Remarks' column ONLY i.e. no need to update all the fields in the form. If the value in the remarks column says 'Mother Name Correction', then you need to correct the Mother's name in the relevant field as per the document uploaded by you. Ex 1: The value in the 'Mother name' field is 'Prem Gupta' and in the document uploaded by the candidate whose mother name is 'Prem Lata Gupta', then you need to correct the mother name in the form field as 'Prem Lata Gupta' and submit the form. Ex2: If the remarks column says 'scan copies of ID, Address proof, age, educational and aspirant Dis documents are not visible clearly (not readable)', then you need to upload the clean copy of the self-attested document again. The window for updating details will be closed on 21st April 2025 at midnight. Note: The details updated/provided by the candidates will be used for the further 'Police verification ' process, so please provide the correct details and check the details carefully before submitting the form because once the details are submitted, you can not update the details again. No details will be accepted and sent via email after the update details window is closed. In case of any queries please write an email to 'iitfcexam1[at]iittmnoida[dot]ac[dot]in' ONLY.     Dear Participant,

    Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Guide/Facilitator (IITG/IITF) Certification Program.

    We are pleased to announce that the 2nd IITG Advance-Heritage online course examination will be held in  June 2025.  

    All course modules have been uploaded, and you can download your OCC certificate after completion of online modules. Please note that downloading the Advance-Heritage OCC certificate is mandatory for appearing in the Advance-Heritage online course examination.

    Please keep checking your email and the IITF web portal for further updates regarding the 2nd IITG Advance-Heritage online course examination.

    Note: Who have already downloaded the OCC certificate are not required to download it again.

    Dear IITG Participants,

    Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Facilitator (IITF) Certification Program.

    We are pleased to inform you that a link for downloading the Advance(Heritage) online course completion certificate has been enabled for the eligible candidates.

    To download the Advance(Heritage) online course completion certificate after completion of the IITG online examination, there are a few other requirements to meet:

    • Complete the Communication Seminar process
    • Submit a Video to complete the Communication Seminar video submission process
    • Pass the Viva-voice process
    • Complete the Documents verification process
    • Complete the PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) verification process

    Only when you have completed all the above steps, your overall status will be marked as 'Completed'. Afterwards, you can proceed to download the Advance(Heritage) online course completion certificate by clicking on the link "Download OCC Certificate" located under the right-hand side navigation block named "ONLINE COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE", then choose programme 'Advance-Heritage Progaramme' to download the completion certificate. The downloaded Advance(Heritage) online course completion certificate is required for the issuance of your IITG badge by the respective RD offices.

    Dear Participants,

    Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Guide/Facilitator (IITG/IITF) Certification Program!

    We are excited to announce that registration for the 8th IITFC - Online Basic Course Examination is now OPEN. The registration period begins on 2nd Jan 2025 and remains valid until midnight on 10th Jan 2025.

    To ensure a smooth registration process, candidates must complete the following formalities:


    Download the OCC certificate for the Basic Course on or before midnight, 10th Jan 2024. Please note that candidates who download their OCC certificate after this deadline will not be eligible for registration for the upcoming IITFC online exam.

    Access the "Online Examination Registration" link located in the right-hand side navigation block named "IITFC BASIC PROGRAMME END EXAMINATION" to complete the online exam registration form.

    Complete the online exam registration process by making the payment of the examination fee (if applicable). The main exam registration fee is Rs. 500. Additionally, candidates may add up to 2 additional states (different from the main course state) for the online exam at an additional fee of Rs. 500 per state.

    Instructions for Candidates who Appeared in Previous Online Exams:

    Candidates who failed their previous IITFC online main exam (General+compulsory state) should register again for the main and 'compulsory' state module exam to clear the same. Passing these exams is mandatory for certification. However, if they have passed the 'additional' state opted during the last exam, it need not be repeated.

    Candidates who have passed the previous IITFC online main exam (General+compulsory state) and intend to appear in additional state modules may choose a maximum of 02 new additional states only. The requisite fees shall be paid for the additional state selected.

    Candidates who appeared in additional State Modules in the previous IITFC online exam may reappear for the 'fail' State again. Additionally, they may choose to appear for 01 more 'additional State' modules if desired or opt for two fresh/new additional states.

    Important Notes:
    • Please ensure that all documents uploaded are self-attested by the candidate, as failure to do so may result in the rejection of the candidature, and examination fees will not be refunded.
    • Candidates can update exam registration details using the 'Edit details' button on the review page before final submission.
    • Kindly ensure that all details entered in the online exam registration form are accurate, as changes will not be possible after the final submission.

    Greetings from the Incredible India Tourist Guide/Facilitator (IITG/IITF) Certification Program!

    We are pleased to announce that the result of the 1st "IITG Advance-Heritage Online Examination Nov 2024" has been declared on the IITFC web portal.

    Please note that candidates who have scored 60% and above are considered pass/qualified for the Batch-I communication seminar.

    Please follow the steps below to view your result:

    A) Log in to the IITFC web portal using your login credentials.

    B) Click on the link "Result—IITG Advance-Heritage Exam." The link is located under the " NAVIGATION " main navigation block after the "My Courses" link.

    C) Please select "IITG Advance-Heritage Online Exam, Nov 2024" on the next page from the options list.

    D) The candidate can see the result of the "General + Opted State Main Exam" on the result page.

    Candidates with a "Pass" result in the "General + Opted State Main Exam" will ONLY be notified about the next level, i.e., the Communication seminar. Hence, the "Pass" students may check their email for further information.

    In case of any query, you may write an email to "iitfcexam1[at]iittmnoida[dot]ac[dot]in" ONLY. Email sent to any other email address will not be considered or responded to. The examination committee will review the issues reported regarding the result and let you know.

    Note: The result link will be visible to only those candidates who registered for the online exam.
